COVID-19: Aftersales FAQsGo Back
I have an Eden Service Plan
We would like to reassure you that we are working with all manufacturers to manage delayed scheduled maintenance and we will ensure your servicing requirements are fulfilled as soon as we are operating again.
I have the Eden Lifetime MOT benefit.
On March 25th, the Department for Transport announced a 6-month exemption from MOT testing to all vehicle owners. Drivers still need to ensure that vehicles are kept in a roadworthy condition, and can be prosecuted if operating a vehicle deemed to be unsafe. You will have access to your Lifetime MOT benefit once we are operating again.
My warranty may expire before I can safely bring my car in for servicing - what happens?
During this uncertain period, we have spoken to our Warranty partners who have all agreed that should your warranty expire during lock down due to COVID 19 but there was a mechanical or electrical fault that would in normal circumstances have been covered, they would still look to honour the cover as long as the claim is made within 30 days of Eden fully reopening the Aftersales centres. We will do our best to keep you updated to as and when that is.
