Eden Motor Group has opened the doors of its first Hyundai dealership in the Torbay region, located on Barton Hill Road in central Torquay.
The new acquisition joins four other established Eden Hyundai dealerships in the home counties region and becomes the first in the South Devon area, situated less than two miles from its flagship Vauxhall showroom on Orchard Way.
In total, Eden now operates 24 retail and service centres across the breadth of the country.
While the former owners of the independent business have decided to leave the market, the dealership’s existing 20 staff members will continue in their roles as the changeover takes place.
“I’m extremely pleased to welcome the existing dealership team into the Eden fold,” says Russell Catlow, Regional General Manager for the South West. “With their support, I’m confident that we will not only carry on delivering the excellent levels of service Torbay customers have come to expect, but also take it to new heights as an Eden showroom in the weeks and months to come.”
The showroom’s high level of auto servicing will also continue at the dedicated Our Garage workshop and MOT centre, also on Barton Hill Road.
Both the Hyundai Torbay showroom and Our Garage premises officially trade under Eden Motor Group as of 2nd March, 2020.
