We are looking for a forward-thinking and exceptional leader to join our Wokingham dealership as General Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the dealership, reporting to the Operations Director. You will drive performance in all departments to achieve manufacturer and business related targets. You will be responsible for maximising the profitability of the dealerships whilst achieving customer service and retention objectives.

You will have

• A thorough knowledge of all areas of a franchised motor retailer with a proven track record at a managerial level;
• Excellent leadership skills;
• The ability to effectively communicate at all levels;
• Business and financial acumen;
• Planning and organisational skills;
• A flexible and adaptable approach;
• A full UK driving licence.
