We have an exciting opportunity to join a new department to support our sales teams by facilitating customer communications and finance processes between vehicle sale and delivery.

Duties will include:

• Managing customer communications between vehicle sale and delivery;
• Processing finance applications and finance payout processes accurately;
• Helping ensure retail branches have vehicle ready for delivery to fulfil customer promise;
• Effectively and professionally communicating via telephone and email with customers, finance companies and different levels of colleagues within Eden;
• Escalating customer and compliance concerns to Line Manager when issues occur.

The successful candidates will have:

• Excellent email and telephony skills;
• A keen eye for detail;
• Flexibility to adjust to Eden and customer demands while working within compliant processes;
• The ability to use multiple computer systems;
• A passion for supporting colleagues and delivering a fantastic customer experience.

The following would be desirable, but not essential as full training will be given:

• FCA Accreditation;
• SAF Accreditation;
• Motability Accreditation.
