We are looking for a competent Parts Advisor to work in our 1Part team based in Reading. The 1Part Contact Centre has been created to liaise with our retail and trade customers from a central point for the supply of PSA Groupe, MG, Hyundai & Mazda parts & accessories. The team will handle retail telephone enquiries and all third-party trade parts telephone enquiries for the Eden group, order and arrange delivery of parts to the relevant dealerships for collection.
The successful candidates will have excellent telephone skills, good knowledge of car parts and will be competent looking up parts on the electronic parts catalogue, previous experience using Kerridge would be an advantage as well as superb customer care skills to be able to maintain and develop relationships with our trade customers.
The hours of work are 45-hours Monday to Saturday (Saturdays are on a rota basis) In return we will provide you with a competitive salary as well as the following Eden benefits:
