We are seeking a full time Car Park Host at our Eden Newbury Dealership to manage the parking areas and ensure there are adequate free spaces to allow customers to park easily and safely. Greet and direct customers to spaces and ensure the rear car park is free flowing and orderly at all times.
Key Tasks
- Locate and move vehicles to ensure they are parked in the correct areas.
- Bring customer vehicles around from the rear car park to the front car park when customers are ready to collect them.
- Keep parking areas clear and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximised.
- Direct customers and visitors to parking areas.
- Greet customers in a polite and courteous manner.
- Ensure the site is free flowing and there is adequate access at all entrances/exits.
- Ensure the car park is litter free.
- See in courtesy cars to include recording the mileage and checking for damage.
- Proactively clear the customer parking area at the end of the day ready for the following morning.
- Assist with banking as and when required.
- Ensuring all Company Health & Safety procedures are strictly adhered to.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance, ensuring corporate workwear and PPE is worn at all times and kept in good condition.
- To fully demonstrate the Eden People Values.
