We are looking for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join our team in our Exeter dealership and support the Aftersales Manager in the smooth and efficient daily operation of a busy, multi-franchise dealership’s service and parts departments.

This role focuses on ensuring all day-to-day duties are completed to a high standard, maintaining operational efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness, monitoring and driving EVHC (Electronic Vehicle Health Check) upsell performance, and supporting the team in maximising service and parts revenue opportunities. The role also plays a critical part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring service processes meet manufacturer and company standards.

The Assistant Aftersales Manager will work closely with the aftersales advisors, technicians, and parts teams to ensure workflow efficiency, compliance with manufacturer requirements, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive, customer-focused approach are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
