We are looking for a competent Parts Manager to join in our 1Part team based in Reading. The 1Part Contact Centre has been created to liaise with our trade customers from a central point for the supply of PSA Groupe parts. The team will handle all Vauxhall third party enquiries for the Eden Group, order and arrange delivery of parts to relevant dealerships for collection, book parts into stock and invoice the parts.

The successful candidate will have excellent proven managerial experience, excellent telephone skills, the ability to order and invoice from Eden and third party parts systems as well as superb customer care skills so that they can maintain and develop relationships with our trade customers.
