Vauxhall's addition to its SUV lineup is available in 100% Electric or Hybrid, making it a very appealing option for those looking to switch to EV or reduce their emissions. The Frontera is available either as a petrol hybrid with 48-volt technology or with a smooth, fully electric powertrain. New Frontera Hybrid combines a 1.2-litre three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine with a 21kW (28hp) electric motor integrated into the six-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox, providing significant CO2 savings compared to an equivalent petrol engine.
Keeping their stylish visor, headlight and grille, plus eco headlights and pairing that with SUV readiness with pronounced wheel arches, means you'll be sure to turn heads as you drive! The Frontera embraces Vauxhall’s rugged Bold and Pure design, featuring the distinctive Vizor front-end with integrated LED headlamps, pronounced wheel arches, and a striking C-pillar. At 4,380mm in length, it sits between the Mokka and the Grandland in Vauxhall's SUV lineup, offering more boot space than the Astra Sports Tourer Electric.
The Frontera's interior features a Pure Panel cockpit with a redesigned steering wheel, dual 10-inch screens, and physical buttons for key functions. Standard features include satellite navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and wireless charging. Despite its compact size, it offers a spacious boot with up to 1,594 litres of capacity. Design models include driver assistance features like parking sensors and lane keep assist. GS models add electronic climate control, Intelli-Seat front seats, front parking sensors, and blind spot alert. Hybrid GS models offer an optional seven-seat configuration. An optional Comfort Pack adds heated seats, a heated windscreen, a heated steering wheel, and roof rails.
