When you provide your consent for your personal details to be used for marketing purposes, your data will be processed by us, Eden Motor Group, to provide you with tailored information and offers which we feel are relevant to you.

The customer data we collect falls into two categories: personal information and vehicle details.

Personal information includes first name, surname, email address, postal address, phone number and any other personal information required to fulfil your enquiry or purchase.

Vehicle identification number (VIN), registration number, mileage, service history and other associated data relating to your vehicle ownership history.

Terms and Conditions

A service plan can be cancelled or transferred for an administration fee which will be provided upon request. Payments and refunds will be calculated accordingly. Service intervals for your vehicle can be found in your service book. Eden Motor Group Service Plans and associated additional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. The Eden Motor Group Service Plan covers the complete cost of standard vehicle servicing, including parts and labour, but does not cover any normal 'wear and tear' parts such as (but not limited to) tyres, brake pads, exhaust, windscreen wipers or any additional maintenance work required. + Free puncture repairs does not include replacement tyre if puncture is not repairable. Free bulb and wiper blade fitting refers to labour cost only and does not include the cost of the parts. Bulbs limited to any bulb with a labour time of less than 0.4 hours and does not include bulbs needing headlamp or bumper removal.

*Priority bookings in emergencies. Eden Motor Group will endeavour to inspect your vehicle within 48 hours of the vehicle arriving to the site.
