Design and Aesthetics
The all-new Mazda CX-6e combines a strong SUV stance with flowing surfaces and carefully considered aerodynamic details. Continuous LED headlamps, an illuminated front wing, frameless doors and flush-fitting handles create a clean, contemporary appearance. Discreet vents around the bonnet and rear pillars help guide airflow, while a choice of 19-inch or 21-inch alloy wheels adds to its confident road presence. Seven metallic exterior colours are available, including the striking new Nightfall Violet finish.
Technology and Innovation
Technology is integrated throughout the Mazda CX-6e to make every journey simpler and more enjoyable. The smart cockpit centres around a sweeping 26.45-inch 5K touchscreen, which can be divided to display different functions for the driver and front passenger. A large head-up display keeps important information within the driver’s field of vision, while voice recognition and gesture control provide intuitive access to navigation, entertainment and cabin settings. Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ are also supported.
Comfort and Interior Features
Inspired by the Japanese concept of ‘Ma’ – the beauty of empty space – the Mazda CX-6e’s interior feels calm, spacious and uncluttered. Soft-touch Maztex materials, titanium-coloured accents and carefully finished surfaces create a refined environment, complemented by a panoramic sunroof and customisable ambient lighting with up to 256 colours. The 468-litre boot expands to 1,434 litres with the rear seats folded, while an additional 80-litre front storage compartment provides a convenient place for charging cables and smaller bags.
Electric Performance and Charging
Powered by a 78kWh battery, the all-new Mazda CX-6e delivers up to 300 miles of WLTP combined range¹. Its smooth, quiet performance is supported by precise steering, composed handling and reassuring braking, creating the close connection between driver and car that Mazda calls Jinba Ittai. Rapid DC charging at speeds of up to 200kW can take the battery from 10% to 80% in approximately 24 minutes, while a 7kW home wall box can provide a full charge in around 11 hours and 48 minutes.
