You'll typically find models from across the modern Jeep line-up. The Avenger is the compact option, offered with electric and hybrid power and sized for everyday town driving. Further up the range, the Wrangler and Grand Cherokee offer the serious off-road capability Jeep is known for.

Trail Rated is Jeep's own designation for vehicles that have passed its off-road testing programme, covering traction, ground clearance, manoeuvrability, articulation and water fording.
Not every Jeep carries the badge, and among those that do, capability still varies by model and specification. If off-road use matters to you, it's worth checking the badge and the drivetrain on the individual vehicle rather than assuming it applies across the range.
Yes, subject to stock. Jeep offers electrified options across much of its range, including the fully electric Avenger and plug-in hybrid 4xe versions of several models, so these do appear in used listings.
