Here at Eden we want to make sure that the only thing you need to do with your car when you've collected it is enjoy it.

We will ensure all vehicles leave our Eden sites with a minimum of 1 Years unlimited mileage, unlimited claims warranty. If the vehicle has remaining manufacturer’s warranty that exceeds a year, that will supersede the Eden warranty.​

Whilst we do all we can to avoid any unforeseen breakdowns, all approved vehicles also include 1 Years Breakdown Cover as part of the Eden Approved Promise.(Worth £170)

We put all of our vehicles through an Eden Multipoint check and Eden Service to ensure they are ready for their new homes.

Every vehicle will come with minimum 6 months MOT at the time of sale and we will supply a Lifetime MOT along side. This means for the duration of ownership we will cover the cost of the MOT check as long as the vehicle is serviced with us.

We do a thorough HPI check which highlights if a vehicle has recorded any major accidents, mileage discrepancies or finance attached to it and we would not retail any cars that have such.​

Included with every purchase is full access to the Customer Care Team whose sole responsibility is to ensure all customer queries are managed appropriately, at the time of writing this we are closing all cases within 1 day from receipt.
