We recently hosted our annual Excellence Awards, a prestigious event designed to recognise and celebrate the remarkable achievements of its colleagues from the previous year. Held in a stunning black-tie setting at a luxurious hotel in the New Forest, the awards ceremony brought together the best of Eden's family-oriented culture.

The Eden Excellence Awards have become a cornerstone event for the group, honouring those who exemplify the highest standards of service and commitment across the company's extensive network. This year, a total of 21 deserving winners from various departments such as sales, aftersales, and technical support were celebrated for their outstanding contributions.
Eden’s CEO, Graeme Potts, underscored the importance of these awards by noting, "These awards recognise excellence at the very top level across our company, and I hope that our partners, their family, and friends are very proud of the recipients of the awards, who represent all of the family-led values we strive for".
Among the standout moments of the evening was the presentation of the CEO’s Special Award, a highlight of the event that underscores the personal touch that we bring to its corporate culture. Also shining brightly was Victoria Sherwood, Sales Administration Manager, who became the only two-time Eden Excellence winner. Sherwood has been praised for her work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, qualities that not only earned her an award but also a well-deserved promotion earlier in the year.
Another inspiring story came from Kian Crocombe, an apprentice at Eden’s Torbay Hyundai dealership. Despite being with the company for just over 18 months, Kian has already made significant strides, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and adapt. His flexible and committed approach ensures that customers receive the best possible service, earning him the admiration of his colleagues and a bright future ahead in the automotive industry.
Each winner received an engraved crystal trophy, a £500 cash prize, and a fully funded night away in a top New Forest hotel with a guest—an acknowledgement of their hard work and dedication.
