Ignis Introducing the Ignis Starting From £15,187.00

NEW SUZUKI IGNIS

The Suzuki Ignis is a little different from other, more typical city cars. For one thing, this petite runner boasts rugged good looks that put it more in line with an SUV. Unlike an actual off-roader, however, the Ignis is compact and super-nimble, as well as economical for urban driving. That said, it can be specified with a four-wheel drivetrain, thus turning it into an all-weather-ready vehicle.

DESIGN

With its SUV stance, chunky body and compact shape, the Suzuki Ignis is unlike any other car. It’s funky and fun and the theme continues inside, where a touchscreen infotainment system comes as standard on SZ-T and SZ5 models.

DRIVE

The Ignis combines a short turning circle with a punchy petrol or hybrid engine to deliver a fun driving experience. The enhanced ride height does wonders for comfort and there’s a rear camera on SZ-T models to help you park safely.

PRACTICALITY

ISOFIX points on both rear outermost seats, five-doors and a 267-litre boot make the Ignis perfect for family life. There’s space for four passengers and features like Hill Hold Control and Dual Camera Brake Support available to keep your world safe.

LIVING WITH IT

SZ-T models boast 50-50 sliding rear seats while SZ5 models get a hybrid engine with ALLGRIP 4-wheel drive, so you can have it all. Keyless entry, cruise control and smartphone linkage are also available as standard. Lovely stuff.

Plenty of protection

The Ignis is fitted with side impact beams, which offer extra protection in the event of a collision. On the inside, a number of passive safety features are included, such as multiple airbags and a pair of ISOFIX child-seat fixtures. Several driver aids are installed, too, such as Hill-hold Control, which allows the engine to be started on an incline without the risk of uncontrolled vehicular rolling.

Rugged good looks With its raised ride height and expansive wheel arches, the Suzuki Ignis is a compact urban cruiser with go-anywhere attitude. It’s a cool-looking car, too, thanks in part to black-coloured A and B pillars and rear privacy glass. And the Ignis is a lot more practical than its size might suggest. For instance, its four-door body ensures that access for up to five people is never an issue.
Infotainment options A four-speaker sound system is included as standard with entry-level SZ3 trims, complete with an MP3-compatible CD player and DAB digital radio. AUX and USB ports feature, too, as does Bluetooth connectivity, which allows you to stream audio content from your compatible devices. Next-tier SZ-T grades add Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, which means you can mirror your smartphone via the car’s display screen.
