Our Aftersales Fleet Charter is our “Promise” to all Fleet Customers, Small Business Owners and Company Car Drivers who choose a Mazda vehicle for their fleet, business or as their company car. We promise regardless of your reason to visit us to deliver an excellent service throughout the ownership experience.

Service and Quality

You can enjoy free tea and coffee in our waiting area whilst enjoying use of our free Wi-Fi. All whilst knowing your vehicle will be returned clean following our complimentary wash and vacuum as standard with a pre-booked service.

Help and Assistance

When Eden Mazda Mazda service your Mazda we will only fit Genuine Mazda parts to your Mazda, we’ll fit bulbs and wipers* for free in addition you’ll also benefit from free consumables and sundries and free of charge disposal or replacement parts and environmental waste.

Comfortable and Convenient

At Eden Mazda Mazda we will collect and deliver your Mazda for pre booked services within a 20 minute radius of our dealership and if we can’t repair your vehicle within 48 hours we’ll offer a Loan or hire car. We have a 5 working day lead time for routine servicing and for your convenience we use the 1-Link system for booking acceptances.

Open and Honest

As part of our commitment to open and honest servicing you’ll receive a Free vehicle health check with a written report. We will review all service and repair work completed with you and provide a printed copy of your vehicle’s Digital Service Record.
