Eden Devon Recognised With Customer Excellence Award

The Vauxhall Customer Excellence awards, which recognise consistent high performance in customer handling, has been a much-coveted award since its inception eight years ago.

This year, the accolade has gone to Eden Motor Group’s Devon-based dealerships (comprising of Torbay, Honiton and Exeter showrooms.)

Based on performance across 2018, the manufacturer recognition was given to 35 dealerships across the network. Of the award, CEO Graeme Potts says: “Ensuring we deliver an exceptional customer experience, reaching new levels of quality, and putting customers first have always been core values at the heart of Eden’s company ethos.

Having this recognised by such an award is a tremendous achievement.”
