Call Centre Administrator (Maternity Cover)

This position will be responsible for maintaining and cleansing our customer databases, participating in direct mail campaigns and extracting customer data from our databases for prospecting and reporting purposes.  This role will support the call centre administratively and play an important part in helping the department deliver at excellent service to both internal and external customers.  A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and sound IT skills are essential. This is a fixed term role.
