Chevrolet MOT Services

MOT testing for your Chevrolet

Eden's Service Centres are all official MOT test centres. Our MOT test centres will provide an honest and efficient MOT service to make sure that your car is safe and ready for the road. Although we're known as Chevrolet experts, we're happy to run an MOT on any make of car.

Our MOT testers are highly skilled and very experienced – making sure that you will get the best possible service. The MOT test will involve a complete safety check of your car and make sure it meets all legal requirements for use on the road. Some areas we'll check during the MOT include:

  • Brakes
  • Fuel system
  • Tyres Steering and suspension
  • Lights

MOT insurance – for your Chevrolet

For an annual premium of just £75, Chevrolet MOT Test Insurance covers your Chevrolet car if it fails its MOT. This insurance covers the cost of repair or replacement of an extensive range of parts up to a total value of £750 (incl. the cost of labour and VAT) on your Chevrolet car.

If you make a claim, you'll only need to pay a £10 excess, the cost of the re-test and any item not covered by the policy. Here are some factors that will decide whether you are eligible for Chevrolet MOT Test Insurance:

  • Car age & mileage - Most Chevrolet cars up to 8 years old and with less than 80,000 miles on the odometer can get covered
  • MOT - Your Chevrolet car must have an existing MOT certificate with at least 6 months remaining until its next test
  • Servicing - The car service history of your Chevrolet car should be up-to-date as required by Chevrolet's servicing schedule. Where this is not available, your Chevrolet car will have to have a service in order to qualify for cover

Once you've taken out the insurance, all we ask is that you service your Chevrolet car in accordance with Chevrolet's recommendations and take your Chevrolet car to a Chevrolet Retailer for its next MOT. If the Chevrolet car is sold, the policy can be transferred to the new owner.
